Very clear in the glass, almost colorless. Aromas of lemon curd, white peach, cashew/almond notes. Flavors of citrus with a mild smokiness, minerals, green apple peal and quite acidic. Surprisingly complex and a wine that would pair effortlessly with linguini and clams. — 11 years ago
