Dry and mineral, the silica soil brings a less vivid character than other versions of the Chenin, but brings a consistent material and a certain roundness, on smoky notes, gun stone, honey, gingerbread, and vegetable. Franc final. Interesting approach to nature. Certainly very good on white meat.

Sec et minéral, le sol de silice apporte un caractère moins vif que d’autres version du Chenin, mais apporte une matière consistante et une certaine rondeur, sur des notes fumées, pierre à fusil, miel, pain d’épice, et végétal. Finale franche. Abord nature intéressant. Certainement très bon sur une viande blanche. — 3 years ago
