@Delectable Wine the wine is 65% guarnaccia and rest split between malvasia bianca, moscato, riesling and traminer Pircoca is the dialectal word for peach, actually the local variety i should say It goes without saying the wine smells and tastes of peach, it's almondy, it has a citrussy apple too But peculiar is its mineral side, quite metallic and salty. Not completely dry, but quite in balance with the mineral, you sort of can't feel the sweetness It plays a song with not to many loud notes, but in the end it is interesting and queffable Winery to explore on the Calabrian side of the Mount Pollino that dates back to 1727, it needs a visit — 3 years ago
