Signature Viognier 2019

Rich but not overstated. Pleasant oak dances with rendered orchard fruit. Acid is balanced - an elegant, find food viognier — 9 months ago

Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits Pinot Noir 2014

Complexity! Straw? Madison not so acceptable. Lots of spices. Acidic. This makes me enjoyable for hours. 2014 @2708, xiaduo -, 220927-220929 — 2 years ago

Black Forest Distillers

Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin

A great gin. First time I had this was at Eleven Madison Park, and I was impressed. Not sure it’s worth the price but then that’s true for a lot of high end products. — 4 years ago

I bought a bottle late last year based on many positive comments about it on this platform. Yet, I haven't even broken it's seal yet. I should get around to that...

Château Gros Caillou

St. Émilion Grand Cru Red Bordeaux Blend 2010

May 30, 2021. Purchased in Bordeaux May 2016 at the wine store across from the Madison du Vin. Appropriate to have w/ C. Although I love left bank Bordeaux, this was quite good. Medium to Full bodied. Dark red fruit and truffle on the nose, cherry, smoke, earth and black pepper. Not disappointed. — 3 years ago

Bratcher

Jane Madison Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir 2012

A complex wine for under $40. An enjoyable wine for sure, but would recommend a 1.5-2 hour decant despite its “old age.” — 4 years ago
