Celebrating Patrick & Lindsay — 3 years ago

In our binary world- this is a feminine format. Pinot weight and body with East Coast fruit expression. Nice aromatics couple with punchy acidic flow. The type of plummy acid that make the mouthfeel “float” with a grace more impactful than the actual fruit. Compelling, especially with the right cuisine ;) 1 bottle remains - target 2026? 91 pt because it’s NC and relatively weighted — 5 years ago
Seriously good and refreshing, this wine is one of the best of its kind. This Gruner Veltliner starts with a bouquet of kiwi, lime zest and granny smith apple. The palate shows a wonderful tension with tree and citrus fruit flavors and racy acidity. This is seriously good, kudos to the talented Jeff Lindsay-Thorsen. Drink 2019-2924- 92 — 7 years ago
From jimmy and Lindsay for KPs birthday. Drank with steak and it was very good. — 8 years ago
Not so bitter, French oak so elegant. concentrated and much more fruity to 2015, since it's made from 1 barrel per 1 acre @2500, TWSFestival Yuan Chang Trading Gary, 171119
This second time is to taste it on full bottle basis. After stable, sweet aroma can be felt. Taste is juicy, violet and raisin flavor as well. We can feel its body weight. But not chocolate like, elegant. Change a lot over time. Valuable one. Good balance with spicy. @,,180306 — 9 years ago
Smooth, but robust earthiness with low dry finish. Great dinner with Tim, Brian, Cori, and Lindsay at SGRC in Chicago 2023. — 3 years ago
Lindsay says tastes like cherry. Morgan says dry. Andrew says dry, palatable, can’t wait to enjoy with our food. Robert bar and garden. Drank at rancho Loma — 4 years ago
A bit of rollercoaster ride…the aromatics throw you what looks like a fastball, however it’s a 2-seam splitter ;) still evaluating…. — 5 years ago

As pinot noir goes this is a fairly full-bodied wine with both red and black fruit character and very appealing herbal and forest floor qualities. Tasted alongside the 2015 Hyde Vineyard bottling this one has a bit more acidity and structure though both are equally appealing. — 8 years ago
The best wine I have ever tasted! — 9 years ago
