A little past its prime but still very enjoyable. A very interesting note in the aroma - can't pick it. Anyone? Anyone? Some fruit left and the rest is texture and gentle oak. — 10 years ago
Well developed and smooth. The tannins have softened but there's still fruit, balanced well with the oak backbone. It's the right time to drink it. — 10 years ago

Surprisingly deep, dark, youthful color and flavors at 24 years. Nice overall balance. Seems capable of 10 or so more years aging but not certain there’s much if anything to gain. But then it just might surprise again. — 4 years ago
