When in Luxembourg, you should go with local delicacies. Vivid nose with cherry and a tiny bit of a mineral thing. Good acid backbone with a nice cherry note all along. Long finish with a tad bit of heat (but maybe we served it too hot). Very nice! — 3 years ago
