Waited a long long time to try my first gigondas… and I opened it by myself on a Tuesday… January 2nd too, lol. Turns out I jumped the gun. This thing has legs for days and could have waited another 5, minimum. Great value here. Tastes how you’d imagine cooked plum that’s been made into a jam without sugar would taste.
