Second note: yeast, Autumn leafs, mushrooms, Tartuffe, peach, plum, cabbage, onion.
Muscat, ripen red fruits, rum, iron, fire works, kidney beans, coriander.
Light and smooth sweet and vivid acid, mushrooms and vanilla, hint of bitterness. Juicy ripen fruity after.

This thing just tastes like Hawaii. It’s as if you are chewing on a stick of sugar cane that they use as a stir stick in a drink out there. I tried it in a chilled glass which brings out the sugar cane flavors but I think I prefer it warmer. — 3 years ago
