Theo Coles winemaker. Acidity is intense die to cooler climate, North facing slope of very loose Quartz. Wonderfully floral, 13gl of sugar. Naturally fermented. Honeyed, minerally touch. Off dry. Like a drier Mosel style. Very good. — 10 years ago
