A single vineyard from the Judean hills. Medium to full body. — 7 months ago
Dark Ruby color. Medium nose, developing palete within the 1 hour enjoying this CS from the Zichron Yakov vineyard.
Balanced bold, full body but not overwhelming. — 8 months ago
Dark purple color. Aromas and flavors of red plum, ripe red berries, dark chocolate, leather and freshly turned earth. Hint of dill, vanilla and smoke on the long and oaky finish. Big tannic grip but with good balance. Quite bold, rustic and burly. — 9 months ago
Great taste, less filling. All the crispness of an excellent SB but with some boldness and more flavor than your average bear — 2 months ago
17 years old CS blend from Tishbi. Surprisingly vivid reddish color, intense nose and balanced palate. Plums and dried fruit is noticed. — 5 months ago
Estate Viognier 2019. Found a couple of bottles in the winery... what a treat. The grapes are coming from the Judean hills.
Brilliant color, nice nose , citrus notes. On the palate seems like a full body a little oily. Very different from when tasted at its youth.
Excellent. — 8 months ago

Just received the 2021s and thought I’d open a bottle. Decanted 15 minutes. Big red fruit - cherry, plum. Lighter bodied for a cab. Fruit is overpowering and just on the edge of too ripe. Tannins are soft with a slightly grippy feel. Good value. Someone rated this 97 which seems a bit high to me. — a month ago
