This is the 2021 Shelter Bay Estate Stich Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. This is a blend of 96% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Riesling.
On the nose there is plenty of grapefruit with lime, white peach, lemongrass and white flowers.
On the palate I have grapefruit, white peach, lime, passion friut, gooseberry, stone fruit and minerality.
This is a medium bodied wine with a smooth mouthfeel medium + acidity with a long citrus stone fruit minerality finish. I hope everyone's weekend has been a good one with family and friends. Let's all stay healthy and safe over the coming week. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 2 years ago
