Very surprised that my hometown winery could produce such fine wine. I likes its dark color and berries smell, a bit sweet and low tnnins. it's a great value for everyday drink. — 5 years ago
Love this wine, love Shangri-la! — 6 months ago
Introduced to me by the sommelier at Bulgari Hotel Shanghai. The wine comes from a Xinjiang vineyard. Rkatsiteli (stands for “Red Stem”) is a grape from Georgia (Europe/Asia) for making white wine. It is surprisingly good. Crisp, leafy taste, sweet tasting (pear & coconut), mineral — 6 years ago
An excellent Riesling! If you were suspicious about NZ whites 20 years ago, well, life is a journey, full of discoveries, and China is a rather big country. hell, good food demands great wines. The rest is eurocentism and, worse, Porterism for wines. We had a blast! This Riesling (not a blend) is fresh, fruity, bright, balanced, fun, v drinkable w/o any undesirable aftertastes and leaving your head okay the morning after. A friend brought it from London, a 2017 harvest, and boy, were we suspicious? Then again: Coming from a 19th vineyard - how would they not know their thing? It‘s us not knowing their wines! — 6 years ago
Classic Bordeaux (lower left bank like st Julien) - sure won’t be able to tell that it’s a Chinese wine if I did a blind tasting! Decanted for 1.5hours. Heavy bodied and dark ruby red, blackcurrant, oak, leather, cinnamon. Moderate tannins which gave it a balanced structure. Highly recommend ! — 9 months ago
Amazing Chinese wine — 5 years ago
Very well done, probably the best wine I had from China ever, please keep in mind that my experience is limited, well balanced, lots of black fruits, wood, earth, medium to full body, good acidity, well integrated tannins and a long balanced finish. My score 88+, drink to 2023 — 6 years ago

Always a treat. Such an incredible and unusual distillate. Currently being served in the Air Canada LHR lounge, I almost couldn’t believe my eyes. — 6 months ago
