100% Chardonnay from Di Quin and Jiangpo Villages in the Yunnan Region. An interesting Chardonnay with a bright acidity, forward notes of Kumquats, Mineola peels. A subtle cameralized notes on the mid-range of the palate, moderate intensity with very low oxidation, medium dry with a soft finish. Approachable and resembles some Chards from Macôn Villages in Burgundy, France.
