3 Pinots Pinot Noir Blend 2018

Sometimes a wine like this is just what one needs - bright, crunchy, uncomplicated without being boring. From 375, chilled.

From BH: A collaboration between Peter Dredge (Dr Edge and Meadowbank), Joe Holyman (Stoney Rise) and Mike Bennie (The Wine Front). Here, Pinot Noir (40%), Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris have been employed to create an incredibly refreshing still wine, with elegant raspberry leaf, red cherry crunch and savoury spice to taste.

Much lighter than I expected. Really quite a delicate Pinot from one of Australia's best producers of the grape — 10 years ago
