One of the better Alentejo white wines. Nice finish, not too acidic — 4 years ago
McCarthy & Schiering, $11
Bursting with tropical flavors, lots of pineapple and guava, almost reminds me of POG juice. Balanced with a crisp acidity and very easy to drink. Amazing for the price, I immediately went back and grabbed 2 more bottles — a year ago
Medium body and a tremendous complement to fried food. — 4 years ago
One of the best wines I've ever had. How this is an 8.7 is beyond me. This is a killer wine, smooth, silky, long, vanilla aftertaste . Would buy 1000 of these bottles. — 7 years ago

Stunning! Decanted for 2hours. Medium to heavy red. Complex, elegant, well constructed and balanced. Dark cherries, blackberry, raspberries, vanilla, hints of dark chocolate. Followed by leather notes, red/white pepper, peppercorn. Very long, smooth finish. Highly recommend. — 4 years ago

"this is a wine made from Portugal grapes, and poor, stony soils and in a continental climate characterized by wide temperature ranges. Composed of regional great varieties - predominantly the aragonez, sarah, and Torigo National, it reveals the typical character of its origin. It is intense with rich aromas, complex flavors and is an excellent partner to good food," — 5 months ago
