This is a small batch winery from Salts Spring Island just of the shore of Victoria B.C. It is still a young grape with lots of acidity in front . As it opened up the fruit and soils came through. I would buy again and decant longer. Went well with Steelhead Salmon. — 9 years ago

High acidity. Long powerful finish . Light body. Doesn't pair well with Italian smoked meats. Lovely wine with beautiful structure that needs 5+ years of aging but drinkable now.
