Powerful and very spicy, not very refined, but it has a certain rustic charm. Should work well with beef or wild boar stew. Abv. 15%. — a year ago

Barnyard funk, loam and slightly musky nose. On the palate you get black pepper and dark fruit. The middle drops off a little but the finish is has a nice balance of tannins and acid. — 7 years ago
