Am getting into sake - complementary to heavier reds, white wines, etc.
Nice change - lighter, dry and smooth with Kyoto water.
Good with dried natto from JAL!

Yuzu Omoi by Yamamoto Honke brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto. Yuzu blended with Junmai Ginjo sake. Good on its own as a palate cleanser or aperitif. Also great in cocktails or with champagne. — 9 years ago
