This is a tasty red blend from Spain. Showing blue and black fruits with wood, licorice, earth, tobacco, coffee, dark chocolates, peppercorn, spices, vegetables, black tea and pencil lead.
Full bodied with medium plus acidity.
Very dry on the palate with a nice mouthfeel and nice complexity.
Still young and needs 3 to 5 years of bottle time to mature properly. I had this vintage less than a year ago, and it is already drinking better.
A blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache. Kosher for passover.
15% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Inexpensive yet quite enjoyable. Crisp and refreshing. — 8 years ago
On the nose, this Kosher red blend (85% Bobal, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon) is earthy and mushroomy with hints of dark plum, dark cherries, and smoke. Old world in style, the wine still shows vitality and I would think it has some 4 years of life left. Medium-bodied, plenty of acid, gripping tannin (but not astringent) in the forward-sides and front of the tongue. — 8 years ago
