Ed Edmundo

Red Blend 2024

Clear, deep ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary and secondary aromas of blackberries, bellpepper, and graphite; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and medium intensity primary and secondary flavors of cassis, black pepper, camphor, and blueberries with a medium finish. This wine is balanced and complex. Overall, I rate this wine as good. — a month ago

White Malbec 2024

Glassy, almost water clear pale beige. Shy nose and crisp, medium light palate of lime rind and underripe quince. Slight mineral touch on entry that returns on the moderate finish. Bracing acidity throughout. A new way to experience Malbec that takes it even farther afoot from its SW French origins. Still, it's interesting, tasty, and most importantly great with food. Where traditional red Malbec is a beef natural, pair this with pork or heartier poultry dishes. Drink now. — a year ago
