2023 Sauvignon blanc, Semillon. Slight petrol nose. Balanced with a bit of acidity. I get a bit of Mellon without anything else obviously showing itself. This is not to say that I don’t LOVE this wine…….I do! Drinkable. Pairs well with just about anything. — 5 months ago
