'Vin efferverscent' inspired by the champenois. But made of #cheninblanc. At least aged for eleven months. Made by a woman-winemaker Liv Vincendeau, who came to the Loire region in 2000. The wine is new to me, it was served as aperitive in the Michelin starred restaurant Une Île in Angers. It impressed me. Lively taste with mild but very apparent acidity. Perfect starter.
