Big full bodied and rich yeasty notes. Good cremant from Chablis, complex but a bit unbalanced 🌝 — 3 years ago
Lovely peppery finish and soft on the palate. — 6 years ago
The 2016 Irancy Fut de Chêne has a bright red cherry and cranberry bouquet with touches of pressed flowers - perhaps a hint of iris. The well-balanced palate offers a fine bead of acidity and gently gripping tannins, then delivers clean blackberry and wild strawberry fruit laced with brine toward the finish. Excellent. Tasted blind at the BIVB Chablis tasting. (Neal Martin, Vinous, August 2018) — 6 years ago
A nice, dry, restrained sauvignon blanc. No great sweetness. No great sourness. It went amazing with the traditional Burgundy cuisine we enjoyed this evening in town. — 5 years ago
