Not much at first and then explosion of flavours. Creamy, some oak, citrus — 6 years ago
Love this wine. Enjoyed with Tina, Miranda, and Gillian while on a coronavirus lockdown in March 2020. Miranda home from Notre Dame and G online schooling at home. Paired with pork loin, roasted potatoes, and green beans. All prepared by Miranda! Wonderful wine and evening. — 6 years ago

This Chardonnay is oaked to what I hope is the maximum point. On the nose, a strong vanilla scent meets a Carmen Miranda hat of tropical fruit, like pineapple, mango and banana. The acidity is zippy yet the mouthfeel is creamy, thanks to 100% malolactic fermentation. Citrus lasts the longest on the finish, but it has to fight it out with the oak to do so. If you're in the mood for a good ol’ fashioned California Chardonnay, this is your bottle. — 8 years ago

Drank with Miranda. Medium, fruity, good value — 6 years ago
Incredible wine. Mother’s Day 2020 during coronavirus stay at home order. Enjoyed with center cut filet, grilled chicken, roasted potatoes with rosemary, arugula, goat cheese and tomato salad. Miranda done with freshman year at Notre Dame. Gillian almost down with sophomore year at Santa Margarita Catholic. — 6 years ago

Refined oak, butter, smoke - fine acidity resulting in a rather elegant example of good white burgundy. Perfect integration after 6 years. — 7 years ago

Arneis-like but at 13$ not. Erbaluce, the unpopular kid on the Piedmonte block, but the consumer gets the reward! Pale yellow w green tint, all kinds of waxy white & green fruits on nose, edamame?, and a palate of those fruits with a very thick ground of minerality. Kinda cuts through the middle between high acid & a broader mouthfeel. Could easily pair with all kinds of food- imagining everything from Indian curries to falafel based cuisine. — 2 years ago
