Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Sweet on the palate with nice complexity. Elegant and rich.

Showing apples, pears, peaches, spices, papaya, light raspberries, wild flowers, light earth and sweet tea.

Good right out of the bottle and better after 20 minutes of airtime.

This 29 year old is still drinking nicely. Easy to drink, and sweet enough to pair with desserts.
