Coteaux de Sonnay Chinon Chenin Blanc 2016
No vintage (2016) - made from #cheninblanc it is a white Chinon! I was not aware this exists. My brother in law made a stop at the winery during an oldtimer ride and brought this as a present. It's quite good: beautiful expression of pears in the smell, lots and lots of minerals (terroir agrilo calcairre) and lively acidity. It has a medium strong consistency with power. Great balance, a treat to drink this before dinner. #chinon #cheninigans #loirewine — 9 years ago
