Quite good; crisp. Perfectly balanced between dry and refreshing . Not too sweet. — 8 years ago
Refosco, indigenous grape to northern Italy, Veneto to be exact. Looks promising, good label, bottle feels heavy, provenance. The nose is bright with red fruit. Young wine, aeration time absolutely necessary. It’s got good structure and acidity on the palate; fruit and nuances a bit muted thought. Don’t have experience with Refosco but my gut feeling says it would be better off, if opened several years from now. — a year ago
Deep, dark and delicious. The nose opens with a whiff of smoke, which leads to aromas of dried cherry, cedar and pipe tobacco. The palate shows a nice mix of fruit and savory - the cherry flavor finds a black raspberry partner. Firm tannins and bright acidity make it dance on the tongue.

The description isn’t right for the bottle. But the wine was really yummy. Dark fruits, cherry. Nice to drink. Had it at Easter at J&J’s, Frank brought it. — 7 days ago
