@Arden Barnett How many years would you say it needs before you open it?
@E & K G I honestly wish it had 3 or so fewer years on it. Should’ve spent more time on my post but the nose was full of burnt earth Provençal herbs, dark red fruit. Palate was still rich with a lovely sweet finish to it, but I could tell the robustness that I love from Provençal reds was starting to fade. I just have not had enough Pradeaux to know how it ages vs a wine like Tempier. Still an extremely delightful wine!
