A brownish yellow in appearance with light head. Rich mouthfeel and nose. Tons of molasses, vanilla, toasted coconut, a bit creamy and quite floral. Lingering finish.

This is a double india pale ale aged in bourbon barrels with toasted coconut. This was aged for six months in bourbon barrels prior to adding the toasted coconut. Super fun event at District Space, looking forward to their next Aslin Pop Up.
