Legendary wine created by Claudie and Bruno Bilancini in the grand cru of Monbazillac. Native yeasts (like the Dashe) and 40% Muscadelle, 50% Semillon, & 10% Chenin Blanc. Hand harvested with extreme selections. Good balanced acidity and for all those Sauternes-lovers. Lush and glorious, and not too sweet for a dessert wine. — 10 years ago

2022 vintage. Last tasted 2.26.26 (9.1). Round mouthfeel and the acidity kicking in. Fairly, but not super, clean. Nice focus and depth. Excellent village/1er Chablis or Pernand-Vergelesses alternative at a potentially, more affordable, price. 4.14.26. — a month ago
