La Caille has imported these Napa grapes and crafted a Cabernet of exceptional quality. It has dusty tannins, bright cherry fruits, and a touch of mocha to the finish. — 6 years ago
An unusual varietal grown on the Utah estate, this Seyval Blanc is slightly sweet but balanced, with pear and citrus notes. — 6 years ago
This is a Pinot from California Russian River grapes, imported, pressed, and bunted on the Utah estate. The style is fruit forward, with restrained oak and a light body. It has bright strawberry and light red currant flavors. It is a Pinot for those who dislike oaky French style Pinot! — 6 years ago

This is La Camille’s Walla Walla Cabernet, although pressed, vented, and bottled on their Utah estate. It is as delicious as their Napa Cab, but expressing the characteristics of the Walla Walla terroir- more dark currant and black cherry fruits, and not so much dust, but still a big wine. It has a lingering, pleasantly acidic finish to cleanse the palate. — 6 years ago
