Tour d’Argent. The Cartes des Vins at TdA has been whittled away but this was still there. Boom. Deep, dark opaque and a little cloudy. But immediately the nose hits you. Ripe cherries, cranberry, earth/moist forest floor, and sois bois. Was amazing from the get go yet the last sip was the best. Exotic and rich. An all time red burg favorite. — 6 years ago
