Popped and poured; no formal notes. Persistent mousse, bright raspberries, some lemon citrus, meringue, brioche. Good acid. Long finish. A fantastic accompaniment to my second attempt at Nashville Hot Chicken. Disgorged June 2022. — 2 years ago
