Très grand Chassagne blanc proche du Montrachet : finesse, amertume et typicité en plus de longues caudalies... — 10 years ago
Superbly elegant. The 1st impression of the nose is of green apple and lightly toasted brioche. Approachable and seductively textured on the palate the fine bubbles give a creamy field at last through the lingering finish. — 5 years ago

Whenever I talk about these Laherte champagnes I always feel as if I’m speaking to the choir because I love them and you love them just as much.
100% Pinot Noir from old vines. The acid is delightful with a dosage of 4 g/l. So much finesse and joy to be found here. Disgorged in January of 2020, so still a bit young and could stand a little more waiting time but it’s great now. The balance and structure are exquisite, as usual, and vigor of the wine is impressive.
The nose features red and green apples along with a smattering of dried herbs and floral accents. Pears and a splash of wet stone. The nose takes that and brings in fresh cherries, white pepper, and cinnamon dusted crust. A long beautiful finish leaves you wanting more. Just an utterly delicious champagne. — a year ago
