Sante Adairius Cellarman. Insanely complex. Funky, citrusy, a tight well balanced acidity, perfectly sour. The palate explodes with tastes. I think I like Bernice better, but this is amazing. — 9 years ago
Absolutely fantastic barrel-aged saison. Refreshing sour character that lasts and lasts. Unbelievably easy drinking. Hard to stop drinking and drinking, ad infinitum R.I.P. Turns you into a dipping bird. This is Sante Andarius, somehow in collaboration with Triple Rock (worst brewery on the planet). — 10 years ago

Goose Island Halia. Great funky nose. Bursting ripe peach from start to finish with a great tart throughout. Reminds me a lot of Cellarman. Absolutely delicious. — 9 years ago
