Absolutely fantastic barrel-aged saison. Refreshing sour character that lasts and lasts. Unbelievably easy drinking. Hard to stop drinking and drinking, ad infinitum R.I.P. Sante Adairius Cellarman. Fantastic sour taste. Very smooth, not sharply tart at all. Great flavor complexion with some notes of fruit. Just great.
