Goose Island

Halia Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale

Goose Island Halia. Great funky nose. Bursting ripe peach from start to finish with a great tart throughout. Reminds me a lot of Cellarman. Absolutely delicious. — 8 years ago

Sante Adairius

Cellarman Saison

Sante Adairius Cellarman. Insanely complex. Funky, citrusy, a tight well balanced acidity, perfectly sour. The palate explodes with tastes. I think I like Bernice better, but this is amazing. — 8 years ago

Barrel-Aged Saison SF Beer Week

Absolutely fantastic barrel-aged saison. Refreshing sour character that lasts and lasts. Unbelievably easy drinking. Hard to stop drinking and drinking, ad infinitum R.I.P. Turns you into a dipping bird. This is Sante Andarius, somehow in collaboration with Triple Rock (worst brewery on the planet). — 9 years ago

How the fuck is Triple Rock associated with something good? This is the brewery that prides itself on Monkey Head.

Agreed, triple rock is poor. But as they say, even a blind squirrel can find an acorn sometime.

Absolutely fantastic sour - easily the best saison I've ever had. Awesome.

Oak-Fermented Saison

Sante Adairius Cellarman. Fantastic sour taste. Very smooth, not sharply tart at all. Great flavor complexion with some notes of fruit. Just great.
