Nicely aged Nebbiolo. Nose a combination of lifted fresh and dried roses, strawberry, hint of caramel, earthy mushroom compost. Slightly dusty. On the palate a nice, silky texture without rough tannic edges and a good dose of acidity. Strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry. Decent length. A nice pairing with homemade carbonara. — 15 days ago

60% Nebbiolo, 30% barbera, 5% uva rara, 5% Vespolina. Light, low in alcohol, fresh and fruity. Really a joy to quaf. Would be great summer red. Having it with two Berkshire pork chops braised in wine and Marsala. — 2 years ago
