Beautiful spicy cedar box and caddis fruit in nose. Supple raspberry & caddis fruit on palate. Nice balance of acidity and fruit runs through the palate. Long fruit finish. Bright and fresh. Great now and will hold for next 5+years. Yum! — 7 years ago

Dark red, nose of black fruit and sweet raisins, on palate a mouthful of ripe, extracted caddis and black fruit reminiscent of an Amarone but with darker fruit. As a sangiovese/cabernet blend it's as if the sangiovese was done ripasso and blended with beautifully vinified Cab. Lush and persistent finish. Much better than its price point. — 9 years ago
