Vintage 2017 / needs some time in decanter. Very, very fruity expression in smell with lots of cherries, a hint of raspberry. Palate is spicy and to my surprise also chocolate. Full bodied wine. Attractive Barbera made with the aim to explore the fruit. With 3% less alcohol I would be delirious. / Paired with Spaghetti with lentils. — 4 years ago

Ripe berries, lite tannin, smooth finish - a classic B D'Adti from famous 4th generation Gaudio family outside of Moncalvo in Asti, Piedmont. Locally in €20s.
Enjoyed 2013 at vineyard on 18 May2017. No 2014. 2015 due for bottling in Sept 2017 and based on climate should be really good. Buy in Sept !! — 7 years ago
