Tonight I am drinking the 2010 Domain Des Baumard Le Logos Cabernet Franc. The nose is a bit tight, so a vigorous swirl and I can detect cherry, currant, licorice, bell pepper and graphite. The palate comes out full and with big bell pepper vegetal notes with some raspberry. Very nice soft tannin, smooth medium acidity, with a full flavorful mouth feel. I can't help but say it again i truly love the Loire and this wine just proves it. I purchased for around $17.99.
