Actually Cuvée Viticole apple grape wine purveyed by Brian McClintick of the Somm universe. From Chile, co-fermented apples and grapes aged in neutral barrels for 6 months. Unfiltered, no sulfites added, and funky. 10% ABV. Hard to read as either a cider or a wine. Tastes like a cider but feels like a wine, maybe? It's bretty like a wild cider but you can taste the added booze and sweetness from the grapes (it's Muscat, which I had to look up as it's not on the bottle, I would have guessed a muted SB). Anyway, you can order it from them for $25 and it's worth it as a lark, especially if you dig cider. — 2 years ago
