Good smooth wine with a nice smell, lots of black fruit, earthy midtone and long aftertaste — 2 months ago

At Mark Paul NYD Party old Cab series. Continuing with old Cab series. Equally surprising as the McDowell but a totally different profile, with more oxidative notes as expected for such an age and with rounder texture and shorter finish — 5 months ago

Pepper Bridge

Estate Vineyards Walla Walla Valley Merlot 2014

Tasting older. Lots of earl grey tea, dried cherry, potpourri, some cedar, plums. — 6 months ago

Forchini Vineyard Zinfandel 2009

Probably about at the end of this 2009 unless you super carefully store it. But it's very interesting, Dark toffee, caramel, kind of Madeira type notes. — 2 months ago

Nova 7 Annapolis Valley White Blend 2024

Colour is very pale with just the lightest hint of coral pink. It’s off-dry with lots of ripe tropical fruits on the noise and palate - cantaloupe, peach, and a hint of floral. It’s a very interesting blend of grapes. — 4 months ago

Knights Bridge

West Block Chardonnay 2021

Buttery and delicious! Baked apple spices. — 7 months ago

Foundation Stone Red Blend 2015

This is a nice “easy-to-drink” wine! Soft enough for almost any pallet yet pairs with so many things: burgers, red meat, cheese, fruit, or just sip! — 3 years ago

Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2019

Fantastic. Fresh red fruit aromas rise readily from the wine to be followed with an explosion in flavor. Fresh red berries and raspberries lifted by an earthy minerality slowly disappearing in a lingering finish. — 2 months ago

Wowww. Just opening the bottle and pouring it into a glass, the aroma filled the air. So potent, so fresh. And then just the first sip not only confirmed that it added mineral earth, vibrant notes of red fruit — red berries that reminded me of my youth eating them straight from the bush back at our farm. Lingering, sooting finish. Just amazing.
