I don’t know how many bottles of this I had, but this was my last one. From a remarkably wet vintage, Mark was able to use more PV to add tanning and depth of flavor to really save this build. Ironically, day two was better than day one! Flavors really unfurled as would be indicative of a highly concentrated wine. This was a real education in a bottle. — 25 days ago
