At first sip, not so much. But wait…I had this with grilled salmon and was mesmerized. A killer food wine with bracing acidity and light body. This would’ve killed on thanksgiving. Day 2 it was slightly more open and easier to drink aline. Barely ripe black cherry and lots of tart cranberries. This is a wine that begs for food. — 4 years ago
