Wasn’t sure what to expect from a 1976 champagne but the palate matched the golden honey color. Toasted nuts, brioche. Slightly on the tired side but the bubbles were still going strong! Impressive!

Not bad at all, but no notes of Jazz and unfortunately I can't hear Nica or Charlie Parker. Still, not a bad champagne: less depth than the Moët vintage, but preferable at the minute at this late night soirée x — 10 years ago
