2006 vintage. Most appealing color. Very good, fine and regular perlage. Smell is inviting and prepares well the mouth. Moderate yeasts, acidity is present but not taking over the scene. Persistent in the mouth with a pleasant long lasting tartness (more apple than citrus). Excellent, especially for its territory of origin. — 7 years ago
