Central Coast Chardonnay

Super clean, brisk chard, no oak. Well done, Varner. Does it get any better at $14 a bottle?! Foxglove is a superb 2nd label. So consistent. QPR champ. — 4 months ago

Château L'Arrosée

Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend 2008

Nice begin-finish after open for 4 hours on this split. Balanced dark Cherry liquor, grilled herbs & surprising perfume on finish w/Foxglove from Tulip Tree Creamery. No disappointment here. — 6 years ago

Los Alamos Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015

A big, big fan of Varner and their Foxglove, the best QPR 2nd label in Cali, with Talley’s Bishop’s Peak a close second. Varner’s entry-level Los Alamos pinot is a super fresh, light-bodied style with ample fruit, depth, and acidity. For $20 it’s SOLID. Varner’s higher end chard/pinot are superb. Seek out the entire range. Foxglove truly rocks as well. — 10 months ago

I reckon this the best $20 Cali pinot available.
