It is clear in the glass with a deep ruby colour.
On the nose it is clean with medium-high intensity of figs, vanilla and plums.
On the palate it is dry with medium acidity and some liquorice notes. Full bodied.
The bottle ha 10 years by now, so the wine has high but smooth tannins.
Decanting this wine will help to open it on the nose a bit more easily.
It has a quite long and pleasant finish with some bitter notes. — 3 years ago
My fondness for Silla Sebaste grows with each glass. This is my first Bussia from this producer and it’s approachable on opening and opens up even more over several hours. Pronounced floral and cherry nose. Mouth watering cherry and other dark fruits, spices, and add a little smoke and leather from front to mid palate. The moderate lingering tannins start to take over late palate and dry the mouth through the finish. Wonderful experience with a lot going on. — 5 months ago

Well worth the wait. Silk with floral notes. — a year ago
Pretty good wine. Not nearly as balanced as Camùl but as a similar recommendation it's decent and smooth. A bit on the sour side but still overall pleasant. ~15$ at SAQ. — 5 years ago
The Barbera although only 15% still shines through. Fruity with licorice and leather. Medium tannins. Tasty with nuts and cheese! 2007. Almost done. Drink it now. — 6 years ago
