Bright pale straw with green gold highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles. Abundant nose of grassy passionfruit. Medium full palate gives passionfruit, guava, and less emphasized grass. High acidity (natch), but more balanced than one might expect from NZ. Finish is short but present. Great alternative sparkling wine that's great with seafood and salads or as a brunch aperitif.
