Very full in body, with fruit forward flavor. You can taste the layers evolve from spices and plums with a velvet mouth feel to a slightly cherry finish. Absolutely phenomenal! — 4 days ago
Dark purple / blood red. Sweet dark cherries and spices with lingering ripe black plums. A suggestion of tannins and acidity. A smooth bittersweet peppery finish. — 9 days ago
N: smashed strawberries, tobacco, licorice, mascarello cherries, dirt,
P: Nice tannic grip, Black cherries, lots of earth, a buoyant frame, definitely concrete and old fourdes. I’m so glad to have found this. As Louis/Dressner says, if you know all the grapes they grow, you’re probably a master of wine. — 3 days ago
The best Amarone I have ever had! Blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina. Dark ruby color with a hint of red around the rim. Lovely aromas of black fruit, violets, baking spices, and cocoa. Full pallet of dried fig, black plums, black tea, and herbs. Earth and mineral notes on the very long finish. Creamy texture. Tannins are a bit chewy but not over top. Everything about this wine is totally in harmony and no one flavor dominates. Unbelievable! Thank you for sharing this one Kasey and Petey! — 4 days ago
Tinazzi, collezione di famiglia, valpolicella
Almond, cherry, blackberry. This is nice, fresh, young and inviting. The palate is very well balanced. Nice acid drive and and a super soft mouthfeel like silk. A big bright cherry is dancing all along until a tiny drying effect in the rear, powering a long and nice finish with cherry, a tiny bitter note and that slightly drying effect. This could be the best valpolicella simple version I've had so far but it's probably the most matured I've had and the tannins are now well integrated making it a delicious wine. Great effort! — 18 days ago
Classic amarone. Opens up with sweet dark fruit and chocolately hints. Slowly evolves with some touches of figs, plums, and vegetal barnyard notes. Nice tannings and lovely wine that pairs magnificently with steak. Definitely worth a second bottle. — 4 days ago
This has developed nicely with a nice mix of fresh and dried fruits character. Red cherry, raisin, prune, espresso, and dried herbs. There is touch of medicinal note as well. Palate is rich and smooth as expected. Resolving tannins still have a good grip.
This can stand toe to toe with a lot of good Valpolicella Ripasso at half the price. — 3 days ago

Another outstanding vintage of this classic Valpo! Dark purple color. Busy nose and pallet of fresh and dried fruits including currants, dates, prunes and a hint of pomegranate seeds. Big, and intensely concentrated but the tannins are surprisingly soft. Long and bold finish. A fruit forward wine lover’s dream wine. Thank You Kasey and Petey. — 4 days ago
